Q: I notice when going from low to high setting I don’t see a diff in the amount of air blown out or the noise level. I would think going from low to high there would be more air and it would become louder. Is this normal?
A: There should be more air in changing settings. Please contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting.
submitted byProduct Expert - 7 years agoBrand expertA: We will be happy to clear up the confusion Jenn. The fan only has one speed. On low, only half of the element is generating heat for gentle heat distribution, while on high the entire element is generating heat for faster heating. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact our consumer relations team by emailing us at SocialSupport@HelenofTroy.com. Thank you.

Q: What is the noise rating on this heater? Is it noisy, and is the fan going all the time when on? I'm looking for an energy-efficient, quiet heater that is either 360 heating or oscillates, thanks.
A: A.) Thank for you for your inquiry. This heater is not rated for a specific decibel rating, however is not a loud heater. The unit is as loud as the small to medium sized fan which moves the air through the heater. Accordingly, when the fan speed is low, the heater is especially quiet. If you have any other questions regarding this Honeywell heater, please do not hesitate to contact our consumer relations team. Our team can be reached by emailing SocialSupport@kaz.com. Thank you.
submitted byManufacturer Tech Support - 8 years agoBrand expertA: I found the heater to be quite loud! We had another Honeywell heater that we used for years, and it was MUCH quieter. I could not put this heater into the baby's room, and it was too loud for me to sleep in my own room. I tried it on the lowest setting across the room, and I still could not sleep with it on. I also tried it in the TV room, and we had to turn the volume up quite a bit on the TV to hear it over the heater noise. We will be returning this model.

Q: How do you get the heater to go 360 degrees?
A: It doesn't move, the vents are all the way around it.
submitted bySamanthaY - 8 years agoA: Thank you for your inquiry. The Heater automatically dispenses heat in a 360 degree range. If you have any questions, please let us know. We can be reached by emailing SocialSupport@kaz.com. Thank you.

Q: Square footage coverage?
A: Thank you for your inquiry. The Honeywell HHF360B Surround Heater is ideal for small to medium-sized rooms, but does not carry a specific square footage rating. It’s designed to provide even heat distribution in all directions for comfort. For best results, place it in an open area away from obstructions. Q: I have 3 of these and they have all inexplicably stopped working. You hear and feel the thermostat click as you adjust the desired set point, but the fan and element no longer switch on and operate. What could be the cause?
A: Thank you for your inquiry. It sounds like the heaters may have triggered their internal safety shut-off, which can happen if airflow is blocked or the unit overheats. Try unplugging them for 10–15 minutes and ensure they’re on a flat, open surface away from obstructions. If they still don’t power on, please feel free to contact our team at SocialSupport@helenoftroy.com, and we’ll be happy to assist further!
