My wife bought this Hormel Black Label Center cut less fat bacon thinking it was a pound of bacon. I cooked this bacon thinking it was a pound of bacon. It claimed to have 25% less fat. It was 25% less bacon. And what there was, was 75% fat and a sliver of meat. Do the math; 25% of 16 ounces is 12 ounces. We bought a pound of bacon and got 12 ounces of excessively fatty bacon at a very high price! Extremely disappointed. How is the Hormel food stock price and earnings these days?

It’s bacon. No complaints. It tastes just like any other bacon. If you are worried about “grease” or “fat” maybe you should purchase turkey bacon or nothing at all.
Thought i was buying bacon not pork fat !! Terrible, you're.

I bought this for lower fat but when I opened package, each pieces was almost 3/4 fat. I would hate to see bacon with 25% more fat. I tried to contact Hormel through website and couldn't submit - no CS

I just opened a 12oz. Center cut bacon package and it had not been sliced. What a mess. You can't possibly try to cut it after the fact. It tore all apart and frankly is worthless to use as a bacon product.

This is a first and I have been eating bacon for a looong time. I have never purchased bacon with bones. Did it affect the taste or favor? No. A Chocking hazard, maybe.

What has happened in the last few years? I opened what is supposed to be center cut bacon and this is what I had. This is NOT center cut like you used to have. I shall be shopping elsewhere.

The last purchase was very very fatty. Not worth the premium price for this low quality. The picture on the left is no longer acceptable as compared to my previous purchase shown on the right.

This bacon is pacckaged with the meat side showing. When you unpackage it - you see where they hid the fattyness. It is mostly fat- definitely not less fat. Big rip off.
