What did you do this product. Past 4 times now, it's so watery. No one eats it , I've stopped wasting money on it.

Why is it so watery? I'm now paying for the whole can with 1/3 chili and 2/3 water. I LOVED your chili before, but as I type this, I'm sitting here trying to eat it with Fritos and it's running off my chip. I could drink it with a straw. Why?!? Disappointed to say the least!!!

Used to put this on hot dogs all the time. Was nice and thick with lots of meat and NO green peppers. Now it's just all water and green peppers. Hopefully they change it back and I find out about it. For now I will be making my own. We threw these cans out and rinsed the dogs off and just used ketchup and mustard.

I really love this chilli but recently there has been rust all over the cans which is not safe to eat and I can find cans without rust on them.

What happened to the formula of your Chilli. It used to be great. It was the best on hotdogs. Now it is thin as water. And the flavor is gone. Change it back please. It's awful now.

This has always been our fav for Frito chili dogs. The last two cans I got were not only no bean, but also no meat! It was just a can of thin chili flavored soup with a few meat chunk. Very disappointed.

Have been eating both chili without and with beans for 20 + years. As of the last can bought 3/2024 it tastes burnt and with a strange hot spice taste, would have thought it was spoiled,but the second can was the same.
Will NEVER buy your products again unless this is fixed.

Delicious, straight out of the can and that is how I enjoy eating it most of the time. Never stop making it, Especially without the onions. I cannot eat onions. And it is so good as it is. :)

I had not had Hormel Chili in some time (20+ Years). My Grandma used to make it for use when we would come over, and I always enjoyed it. I recently decided I would pick up a can and see if I still liked it- I loved it, and it has brought back some great memories :) It has earned a space on the shelf in our pantry.

Background: I grew up on this stuff...my family and friends would send me cans of Hormel Chili when I was active duty. This was my comfort food through 5 deployments in OEF/OIF and multiple post-injury meals (broke my neck, had to eat via a large tube).
Fast forward to today. I just found out I'm going to need major spinal surgery and went to get some comfort food to cheer me up. IDK what this stuff is... But it isn't Hormel Chili. The gravy portion is gross and the chunks of chili are gone. All flavor and resemblance to food is gone.
Obviously I'm not the only one who thinks the recipe has changed for the worse. I hope Hormel heeds the message and acts. Even if the recipe doesn't change, maybe they can create another product that IS the old recipe. A heritage edition maybe?

I'm not a big eater and I love Hormel No Bean Chili as a quick go to when I forget to eat lunch or dinner. This new recipe is gross. I couldn't finish the can and will try to return the other two. Disappointing.
What's different? I'm not a great taster but the the meat is chewy, the chili is slightly more spiced (not in a good way), and it's definitely got more water.

I was so disappointed when I was craving chili dogs and it had no flavor. I thought I had an old can but it wasn't. Confirmed via reviews that I wasn't the only one who thought this. This brand was my favorite. Please bring original recipe back.

I came here to write a review and see they had the same problem 2 years ago. Heated 3 cans for a very large gathering to serve hot dogs - it's soup with very little meat. Can says great on hotdogs?
