Kudos to the people/team that came up with this recipe and addtional kudos to the people/team that approved it for production. I love hot and spicy food. I can devour a Goan vindaloo without flinching. While this is far from the spiciest salsa I've ever had, I can say it is in the top 5 of the most flavorful. (If anyone on the Target BoD decides to discontinue this, I'll stop shopping at Target altogether.)

I just happened to stumble upon this great find last week. I only picked up one jar to make sure that it was decent before purchasing more. Boy, am I impressed! It does have a slight kick, as far as heat. Not enough for me to call it hot, though. Regardless, this is one of the best-tasting jarred green chile creations ever! The price is even better! I just ordered 10 more jars online. I could not find this at my usual local Target. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for introducing this gem to me. Please do not discontinue this item. This is coming from a NM girl who lives in NY.

Target, please keep this in stores. Its balance of subtle heat, acid and spice is perfect. I realize that in your home state ketchup is a spice, but fir the rest if us who like a little heat with flavor, this is just perfect

If you don’t know about hatch peppers, it’s understandable. They are grown in Hatch, New Mexico, and are usually only available a certain time of year. A lot of people roast them before putting them in salsa but they’re good raw also. The hatch flavor is very distinct. While the Good & Gather brand hatch pepper salsa is delicious, it’s a bit on the spicy side for hatch peppers, which means there’s a little more kick to it than you might expect, but I think it’s delicious! Don’t be a baby. Try it. It’s only $3.

I'm not overly famililar with hatch green chiles, but I tried this salsa recently and it's become a favorite. I prefer to eat this salsa with eggs & toast or eggs & black beans, mainly for breakfast. Delicioso!!
