This curling iron curls my hair great BUT this is the third one I have had within 3 years and every single one has the same issue. For some reason the clamp keeps getting stuck in the open position so i have to force it close and hold my hair. It gets so bad i can’t even use it any more so i give up on this brand. i like the way it curls but it seems to be poor quality when it comes to the clamp.

Curls would fall out after an hour or two. My hair has curled super well for 20 years with a cheap Conair curling iron. This would curl it nicely but the curls would be gone an hour later. I've never had an issue with this with a curling iron before. I even tried high heat and no luck.

Doesn’t work at it says. I was hoping for big curls. But it didn’t even curl my hair at all. And I put it on the highest heat thinking it could of been that but it was that. So I’ll definitely returning it. I’m try a different brand. The price isn’t bad but it doesn’t do as it describes. I don’t recommend you wasting your time trying it.

I bought this curler to replace a hot tools curler 1 1/4 that I’ve had for years. I was so disappointed to see how poor the quality has become on this product. What used to be a sturdy well made hair tool now seems very cheap and poorly made with poor function and heat control. Will be returning and looking into other brands.

nothing positive to say about this curling iron. fresh out of the box and i noticed rust/streaks across the barrel?? RIDICULOUS!!! curls all fall flat within minutes of curling them. no matter if they’re pinned, hair sprayed, etc. iron doesn’t provide enough heat across the whole thing to work with thick hair. will be returning and purchasing from a different brand.
