This book is beautiful! Meera does incredible work. If you are looking for a journal type books, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Start Where You Are, Made out of Stars or Create Your Own Calm. Her book My friend Fear is in spiraling, creative, vulnerable and will make you/a friend feel so much less alone. All her books make amazing gifts!!

I was expecting ways that I can apply to help “find myself,” but it wasn’t that. The book is cute and colorful, but each page is a mini story about her life experiences. Doesn’t go deep into much of anything. It’s more like journal entries.
