Las recetas que aquí comparto contigo no están elegidas al azar: suponen todo un recorrido por las personas que me han marcado y, cómo no, por todos y cada uno de los sabores y momentos que me han definido como la persona que he llegado a ser. Por eso, también, te animo con ellas a explorar tu propio camino al cocinar: con tu tiempo, tus ganas, tus circunstancias y tu espacio, no tengas miedo de adaptarlas, de vivirlas y hacerlas tuyas. Déjate llevar pensando en la persona a la que vas a hacer feliz gracias a los sabores que vas a crear.

Lo importante será que cocines desde el corazón y que, ojalá, llegues a disfrutar cada paso tal y como yo he disfrutado escribiendo este libro. Hoy esto va de lo que me apetecía a mí... Y, la verdad, me apetecía mucho compartir mis recetas contigo.
