A: JP, thank you for your question about this HP laptop! The USB-C ports do not have enough bandwidth to support a dock. Additionally, they are for data transfer only. The HP Pavilion, Envy, Spectre, and OminBook series laptops all have the bandwidth to support docks along with power delivery and DisplayPort.

The response time is very slow. I have a laptop from 5 years ago where I can get an instant response when I click on something. This new one lags terribly. The volume is also really low. I'm going to have to buy a set of speakers to hear whatever I listen to/watch.

It's slow, graphics are not where they should be, when I look at certain maps the outline doesn't even show up but on my other laptop that is lower grade equipped works fine, speakers are awful cannot turn up past 50 or they vibrate. This should perform better.

I am generally happy with my HP laptop. It is easy to use and has fast downloads. I like the Copilot feature. There are a few problems I have not been able to fix. When I am typing, the cursor often skips back to earlier portions of the text. When I am scrolling down a page on a website, the text sometimes shoots down the page when I tap the down arrow, instead of going down line by line. I would have preferred a startup with no password, and for some reason, I have two login icons, event though I only have one account. The one that comes up first is inoperable, so I have to switch to the one that works. Finally, the touch is too sensitive, so the computer sometimes goes places I have not intended to go. This can happen when the cursor is over a spot for a while, even though I haven't touched it at all.
Perfect for beginners at reasonable price.
