I bought this laptop for my mom, and within the first day it was already glitching. It took quite some time for it to start. Sometimes the screen would freeze. Overall, I would have returned it but my mom didn't care to, it's not one I'd keep personally.

I have been very dissapointed with the laptop. I replaced a 4 yr old laptop, that was made by a different company. I have been using more video conferencing, so I decided to upgrade my computing power. However, the laptop has been slower at every task. I have to wait for it to load every website, even ones I frequent. Sometimes 5 plus seconds. I might expect that if I had gotten the lowest budget machine, but this is a midlevel machine in which I upgraded the RAM and graphics.

This laptop is decent, but for the price the screen is very low quality. You have to always have it at a certain angle or everything becomes washed out. Better to invest in a different computer with a better screen. This screen seems like it is from the 80s with the grainy quality and matte glare across the entire thing.

This is my second HP laptop that doesn’t disappoint. Boot up was quick and straight forward with good features especially the fingerprint reader via a touchpad to open up in any mode, plus adds security to online payments. The only feature that disappoints me is the light grey keyboard with less dense print than on my previous model. Graphics great, fast charge with appropriately 7 hours battery life.

I am disappointed only in that it was I who picked the 15:6 inch instead of the larger one. I prefer a bigger screen, so if you have eye issues and need a larger lap monitor I would go with the bigger screen, otherwise perfect!
