This chocolate isn’t for everyone. If you’re expecting the traditional sugar loaded chocolate, the first bite might come as a surprise. The chocolate flavor is rich and prominent, while the mint is strong and lingers as a refreshing aftertaste. Think Thin Mints. It has a simple ingredient list which is arguably the best part. Definitely different from your typical chocolate, but I’d absolutely buy it again.

Light mint taste but hard pcs inside that could break a tooth
The flavor is good it’s a nice light mint. However there was a lot of really hard dark brown pieces in it that could break your crown/teeth. I’m not sure what they are but I can’t eat the bar because if it. I love several of the other flavors but I can’t break teeth by eating the mint. I’m going to contact the company to see what they say.

Usually love Hu
I usually love Hu. I buy a lot of them when they're on sale at Kroger, but I get the Cashew, Salty, and Hazelnut. They do not carry Mint, so I was excited to see these here. I ordered 2. Unfortunately, they were packed with heavy items and no packing material, so they were very smashed up with a lot of crumbs, but also they were either old, or stored improperly because they were very dry and ashy looking. I tried them, but they are not very good. They're crumbly, instead of smooth. I feel like Hu's chocolate is usually much better than this, so either these are weirdly awful, or the storage/age made these pretty bad. I will try again if I ever see them in a local store, but would not order them again here.
