[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was smaller than I expected and so when they suggest what room it’s for, you really have to honor what they’re marketing it for. We do have a small room for this 44” size. It’s modern and simple. We hooked it up and it’s operating well so far. It’s light weight enough that we aren’t worried about it falling or anything. It’s built well and I hope it lasts long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome contemporary style ceiling fan! Fan is made of thick, durable materials. There is a dial switch included for different speed and air movement options. With three blades, the fan could move lots of air and cool down or circulate the air quickly. There are good safety instructions included and is very straightforward and easy to install. Fan is on the heavier side so make sure to mount bracket on to ceiling joist. Looks great!

This is the noisiest fan I have ever purchased. Two of them, professionally installed and they both hum loudly. Very disappointing. I’m throwing them in the trash.

I have purchased many Hunter fans before and have never had so much trouble with the wobble. Even after balancing the blades as best I could, I cannot get rid of the wobble on 3 different Presto 44 inch fans. The motor and the blade housing do not look concentric to each other and when the fan spins you can tell that they aren't made correctly. Very disappointed with these in our brand new house.

This fan is just perfect. Quiet, attractive, 3 paddle unit that does the job perfectly. And the quality of materials is excellent.

Just wanted to let everyone know, if you have two fans in a large room connected to one switch on the wall, supposedly the turn knob switch that comes with the fan will not control two fans (per inquiry with tech support), I have not connected the two fans to the one knob switch that came with the fan, and I need to figure out what to do next in order to get the two fans to come on (tech support has not been helpful at this point). Also there seems to be a typo in the instructions on the dimensions. A Low Profile dimension is listed in the instructions for this fan, but that LP dimension is not achievable when installed. However, the Low Profile version of this fan shows the same dimension as this fan, but does not show in the specs the Low Profile dimension. It's very misleading if you're concerned with getting the fan as tight to the ceiling as possible. I believe the LP fan will sit higher up from the floor (hang closer to the ceiling) Also the fan balanced well on some of my installations. I installed 4 of these fans, 3 of the 4 balanced well. Then I needed to make an electrical modification to one of the 4 fans requiring me to "drop" the fan from hanging bracket, and after I rehung the fan and turned it on, it too had a balancing issue but didn't have a balance issue upon initial installation. I believe it may be due to how tight the hanging bracket is to screwed to the ceiling, but have not tested this theory yet. The hanging bracket "squeezes" in when tightening the screws to the j-box. Overall I am pleased with the fans, and styling, but wish the finishing screws weren't a bright shiny metal but rather painted white to match the fan. Also I found it much easier to mount the blades prior to hanging the fan on the brackets.

The Presto 44 inch was our choice and WOW is this thing powerful. It's very low-profile that makes the room pop, the fan speeds are optional and the speed is no joke! We're very excited to have added this to our new office and cannot recommend it enough!
