Fan works fine with one switch. It says it will work with two seperate switches, one for the fan and one for the light. This is deceiving. This is the only reason I bought 14 of these fans. While it has two separate wires, one for each, the light controlled switch/wire will NOT work unless the fan switch/wire is on. The separate wire for the light switch is pointless since the fan switch has to be on for the light switch to work. I ended up returning ALL of the fans. The wifi app is not intuitive and difficult to set-up, very finicky. Many bad reviews in the app store.

Very happy with our purchase. Very quiet and I like the design. Slight problem hooking it up to my wifi but once I figured that out it was a breeze.

The fan is easy to put together and runs great! Really powerful and smooth! So glad we went with this fan! We just wish it had a downrod that was 4-6 inches instead of 12 inches. 2 inches wouldn’t work because our bedroom ceiling angle and 12 inches feels low, but it works great so we can overlook that!

This fan is the worst smart home device I’ve ever owned. The fan is constantly losing connection and will not operate. Luckily there is a small remote so make sure you don’t lose it as it could be the only way to operate the fan since the smart connection feature is garbage. I do like the look of the fan and if it will turn on it will push a good amount of air. But for all the hassle and frustration the fan is definitely not worth it at this price point.

Great fan! I am only giving you four stars because I think you should change the fan graphic to have as many blades as stars that I am rating. Once you have implemented my idea, I shall return and give you the additional star. Thank you in advance.

I was disappointed to learn once I got my fan that my electrician could not use the three 3-way light switches we have in our bedroom. I would have to return it (after already installed, with no box) and buy a similar less expensive pull chain fan. Hunter should clarify these restrictions in their marketing so noone else gets compromised as I did.

This fan does everything I hoped it would do, I'm setting my A/C thermostat several degrees warmer and still staying comfortably cool with this fan, even on slower speeds. But my favorite thing is the color, the dove gray is soft and coordinates perfectly with my decor.

I already had this fan in my kitchen. But the new one which is in my living room won't connect with the app or Apple Home which is essential for me. I even went to the extreme and deleted my whole Apple Home infrastructure and started new. Same issue. There new App is clunky and the AI is un-nerving.

It’s advertised as whisper quiet motor , however there is a definite low annoying hum when the fan is running on any speed . Very disappointed based on how it was advertised. It’s definitely not quiet !

Love the fan/light, I just wish the light was brighter. It lights up the to move around as see everything, but you just can't read by it.

If you want to be able to use 2 switches, one for a light and one for the fan, DO BUY BUY THIS FAN. You might as well put that in the description to not buy this fan if you want 2 switches. If you want to just turn the light on when you enter your room you HAVE to have the fan switch on. So you have to leave the fan switch on all the time just to use the lights. It even glitches intermittently to where the light switch flip flops, the on position of the switch turns the light off..

Fans work ok, but they HUM. Very annoying. Not recommended for quiet spaces. Definitely NOT what I expected from a Hunter fan. Was not at all interested in the internet connections offered. Glad to find there were tiny little remotes in the box, but would have been just as happy with pull chains.

You can NOT control the light and fan Independently. Not sure who came up with this terrible design but I would not recommend this one if you have dual switches on your wall. I assumed one would work for light and one for the fan. instead one switch acts as a breaker to the whole unit and the other can operate the light, ONLY if the first swtich is up. super annoying. I originally bought three of these. after realizing how to first one operates, I'm going to take the other two back. Not sure why this wouldn't be specified in the tech specs or something. Its a shame bc the fan looks nice and the light works well.

Bought a dozen of these and have six installed so far. Four were quick and easy setting up wifi but they disconnect and reconnect randomly during the day. On one of the two that will not connect to wifi, the remote also affects two of the other fans.

The fan is attractive but makes irritating noise at high speed.

This fan looks great, it installed easily, and it moves a lot of air. BUT: the motor has an annoying hum when running.

My Light/Fan was installed yesterday. The fan is very noisy and as I sit here reading, I’m seriously thinking to ask the installer to take it down for a return. Though I love the feel of the fan, it’s just too noisy. What to do?
