We have tested many different bulbs in it to see which had a good balance of light with minimal reflection and settled on a warmer toned unit. The light is also made very well too and folks who visit often ask where did that light come from!

It came with about 10 feet of electrical cord which provides a variety of hanging options. It takes a 60 watt bulb. It has a very nice shape to the glass that looks nice over my dining room table. Putting it together was effortless. My only complaint was the quality of the glass. There were three small bubbles and one horseshoe distortion in the lower end of the glass. Not a huge deal since its not really visible from a far. Overall a decent light.

My husband knows a little about electrical so he installed it himself. I think he just needed like wire cutters and a screw driver. I was worried that it would hang down too fat but it was perfect.

This Lochemeade pendant is perfect. It has a large clear glass globe with bubbled texture that I love and is simple, yet elegant. Suits our needs perfectly. We are waiting for an electrician to come and install it shortly.

The quality of it is amazing it’s not what I expected. I thought it was gonna be glass but it’s not, it’s a high quality of plastic or something. I chose the brushes nickel color and it adds depth to my room and allows nice bright lighting with an LED bulb. The shade part is 9 inches so it's not overly large and not too small. The package includes assembly directions and it's not hard at all to install. I'm excited to add more of these throughout my home.

The glass itself is full of air bubbles and cracks to give it an upscale feel. It is easy to install for anyone with electrical skills. The Lochemeade light pendant is a really nice addition to any home.
