Maybe I can use it to trim daisies?
I'm becoming more disappointed as I go. At first I loved the saw. I need to use batteries and I was impressed by how fast and well it cut. Early on, what I didn't care much for was that I had to push pretty hard on the tensioner wheel. Seemingly too hard but the chain had to be extra tight to keep it from popping off. Over a short period of time I noticed the tensioner wheel was getting, and staying crooked from the pressure so I took the cover off to find that the pressure of the tensioner is only supported by small plastic tabs inside the cover. I did my best to push everything into place then I filled gaps in the plastic with epoxy where it might help to support the tensioner. Still, within one day, the tensioner wheel turned sideways and then didn't do anything. When I pulled the cover off it looked like the epoxy filler MAY have helped if I did it earlier but the tensioner pulled through the plastic. I decided to buy a new cover and this time I filled all the gaps in the cover with epoxy before I started using it so everything was in the right place to start with. I've only made about 50 cuts since then but have had the chain come off 4 times. Although my newly modified cover and tensioner are still in place, if I try to crank down hard on the tensioner wheel, it starts to get crocked. If I don't tighten it that much, the chain tends to come off easily.

Works great till the plastic clutch cover breaks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to replace the plastic clutch cover since the tensioner broke it last summer after only a few hours of use. My 14 inch chainsaw had the same issue. These issues are well known if you do some Internet searches. Why doesn't Husqvarna address design flaw? In the meantime, at least make the clutch cover available so we can use our chainsaws. Do users just snap them up as soon as they appear on the website? VERY SIMPLE FIX and Husqvarna can' be bothered. I am adding my voice to this discussion after seeing another review from someone with the same issue. The picture they posted looks exactly like my broken part! At least I learned that the part will be available in April. I hope the replacement part actually works.

Poor quality
Same issue as a few other reviews, chain tensioner brakes after a couple of uses. Really like the way the saw cuts, keeps up with the better gas models my family has, but not worth the frustration. Thought about buying the replacement parts and fixing it, but due to the flimsy plastic parts I feel like it will just break again and I'll be wasting money and get further frustrated.

Great saw!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On a full charge it has the power of any 2-stroke saw I own! Easy and fast to put in service! Great for small properties with the mess of mixing gas
