This sriracha used to have a good taste and coloring. Now, it tastes a little different and the color is more brown. I found a new sriracha from Underwood Ranches and I’ll be buying that one from now on.

The color is not as beautiful bright red as it used to be. It's now a dark red sauce,. It's slightly more bitter, much spicier. But still good enough. Now it's hard to find again.

I was so excited to see this in stock. We waited a very long time. Unfortunately, it's not the same. Something changed with the recipe and I know it's not my imagination. I asked my mom and sister. They both noticed. It's less spicy and less flavorful. The color seems less red. I think the consistency might be thinner as well. Bummer. If you're looking for a sriracha sauce with mild flavor and heat then this is for you.

A shadow of its former self. I’ve been a fan for decades, finally needed to buy a bottle of the current version, knew the color was different but saw reviews saying flavor was still good. It’s really not, it’s a middlin’ sauce, with not anywhere close to as much complexity, with more heat for heat’s sake than it used to have and barely any sweetness (I have given good shakes hoping mixing might help, but nope). So disappointed - the only selling point is that it’s better than Trader Joe’s downright bad sriracha.

I was finally able to snag some online, it was sold out for months! I noticed the color is not the same bright red it used to be and the taste is a little different too, it’s not as spicy or sweet as it used to be but changes are expected since they’ve changed suppliers.

Huy Fong is hands down the best sriracha & I was happy to have no trouble finding it at Target ... even though there's a shortage in some markets. It's the only chili sauce to have with pho, & can be used with anything else requiring chili sauce. It's a bit sweet so wouldn't work with everything. IMO.
