Company Refuses to Honor Warranty, Beware
The company advertises a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and yet when my son tried to pick up his bottle by the handle the first time it was used, it snapped off, and they refused to honor the warranty and instead suggested I buy a lid from a different company. Luckily, I was within the return window and returned it. I won’t be making any future purchases from this company.
