[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I returned a blue flask in for warranty, and was hoping that a similarly blue flask would be sent back, but was instead sent one in a lavender color(moonshadow) There was a note on the bottle specifically asking for blue too, and I read that warranty policy is to opt for a similarly colored product. I wasn’t expecting an identical one, but Cascade is in stock, that looks like a sky blue to me, so not sure why I was sent one in such a dissimilar shade 🤷♀️

People pick a color for a reason - you might want to keep some dead stock around for warranty replacements. Or just have vibrant colors again! :(

I very much like having the hibiscus bright color this helped me spot my water bottle if I left it anywhere. Understand need to differentiate in your products but it will be Great if you had a better choice of color. Thanks again for standing by the warranty. I'm a 58 year-old male and when I show up to my swim practice with my pink water bottle I do get some interesting comments

I loved this brand and bottle but I’m having a hard time understanding how the inside has brown spots. I wash my bottle clean after each use and it’s not like I use it everyday.

After many years, my daughter's original well-loved water bottle couldn't be used anymore and Hydro Flask made good on their lifetime warranty!
