This children's sleep aid is melatonin free and has all organic, healthy ingredients, which I love. I tried it on myself first. The grape flavor is pretty strong, but I think a child would take it without issue. I didn't notice any drowsiness or difference when falling asleep, but apparently I slept through a screaming kid outside my door in the middle of the night that my husband dealt with graciously and told me about in the morning. That is not the norm for me to sleep through screaming kids, so it must have helped, or I was just so dang exhausted from the day. In any case, I had no bad effects and Highlands is one of my trusted brands as a mom, so I will use this as needed for my children. I love that you can give it to children as young as 2 years old. Ages 2-4 get 5 ml and ages 4+ get 10 ml and there is a dosing cup included. Once the product is opened, it must be used within 90 days. I don't use sleep aids very often on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of studies have shown that melatonin isn’t good for our children And that is a personal preference So starting off this review by saying without the melatonin, this isn’t going to give you a sedative effect or ensure that bedtime And quicker, but what it will do is calm their mind along with helping and support from you to ensure that once they’re asleep they sleep is a little bit better. My kids loved the taste and it really did take me with them to get them tired. I can say that Hylands has been a staple in our routine since my first child they’re teething tablets their gas drops and everything in between has been our organic solution to all the problems that my babies have had and I will stand by this company
