Missing parts
Missing the arm rests to the seat. Cushions are thin and wrinkly. When contacting customer service about missing parts they say that based on the weight of the product it should have been in the box. So you have to send it back to the store for a refund.

False advertising
Do not order. Furniture did not come with all of the parts (bolts and washers). Solution is to return the entire chair because they can’t guarantee they will be able to send bolts and washers. Sounds like a scam!

Incomplete shipment sent.
The chair is delivered in three boxes. I only received two of the three. The box with the cushions was missing currently working with Target and the manufacturer to get the third box sent. It's a shame. This seems to be a trend based on another review as well. The manufacturer needs to fix their shipping process.

They sent us a chair with no arm rests. Pulled everything out just to notice afterwards and I’m so angry about this because now I have to haul it back to target when I ordered for delivery in the first place.

Not Satisfied
All of K and L screws were not in the box. I reached out to the manufacturer and they did not reply. I am returning this chair.
