I have been waiting for these cups to go on sale for months. I refuse to pay a lot for a cup that may in the future (single mom) have milk left in it and I throw it out. My first cup is paid $22.99 was so excited to see it was showing up on my birthday. The box arrive broken and missing multiple parts. I had it on my kitchen counter the same night when my niece accidentally knocked it over. My sister thought she had broken it after me telling her it came in broken she still insisted on buying me another cup. She finds the cup and it is now $14.99. She buys me a cup and it came in not broken with parts I wasn't even aware of missing included. I ordered 2 more cups as well after getting that cup. I received 1 of the 2 cups. The one I did received again showed up in a broken box missing parts. I waited another week before canceling the last cup. That just happened to ship with the same order I had already received damaged a week prior. I have 3 cups and only 1 showed up not broken with all parts intact.

The tumbler is well-made, feels sturdy, and has not leaked yet. The lid has a rubber seal that may not be the best quality, though (tbd). The tumbler also came with a straw brush, rubber bumper, and a bottle brush. The Barbie Pink color is really nice! However, it was shipped in just the original packaging without any extra protection, and the straw was damaged during shipping. I ordered two but sadly had to return the other, which was dented and had missing accessories. So I give it 4 out of 5 stars for the damage. I would buy it again if it was packaged better.
