Such a beautiful lunchbox. Seemed sturdy, but like many others have said third week into school and the handle has already fallen off. Pretty disappointing considering the price

5th day of school and this lunch bag already broke at the handle. For being on the higher side price you’d think it’d at least last a week.

The handle fell off of this after its first day of school! There is no other way to hold it without the handle.

This wasn’t what I was looking for in a lunchbox for work so I returned it. Can’t speak on quality or durability. Seems like it’d be ok for a grade school student.

They last forever and keep lunches cold throughout the school days.

I had a frustrating experience with customer service at this location. I waited at the return desk for about 5 minutes before anyone showed up. When someone finally did, the woman told me she couldn’t view my pickup order because it was still “processing.” Before I could even ask a question or respond, she started helping the person behind me, completely ignoring me. I had placed my order at 5 AM, and the confirmation said it would be ready in 2 hours. Nowhere did it clarify that the 2-hour window starts after the store opens. That’s an important detail that should be made clear during the ordering process. I had driven in from another county specifically for this pickup, only to find out that my order wasn’t even being processed yet. I had to go to the school supply section and ask for a manager myself. The manager explained the timing, but honestly, that should’ve been communicated better from the start—both online and by staff. Exactly 16 minutes after I left the order was processed.If I would’ve known, it would’ve only been 16 minutes. I would’ve waited. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service. I would recommend if you want to get something from target don’t order online for pickup. When I got to the store they only had half of my order at the order pick up desk. I had to wait for them to go to the back to get the rest of my school supplies. I only ordered 4 items.

The quality of the lunch pack is nice, but the velcro top doesn't stick together well. I will have to sew the two halves together or replace the velcro, but if you're not prepared to alter it maybe consider a different lunch bag.

My daughter loved the color/bows. It matches her backpack and pencil case. Perfect size.

It held up very well for the whole school year (although I might not choose the lilac color again as it shows every mark or stain). My daughter didn’t like that it was more difficult to reach into, given the placement and size of the zipper, and it seemed to hold less than my other kids’ lunch bags. She is going to choose something else this school year.

My package did not come wrap it was all open a bit disappointed came in dirty

Love Jansport products, they always hold up well. The style is very minimalist, which my daughter loves. Has a small pocket in the front for little things like a tiny wallet or small snack. The interior is one single bag with no divider. I wish it had a mesh pocket or something to help separating since it's hard to fit everything and keep it organized, but that's the only negative.

This is a cute lunchbox, it 5 stars but it’s bulky for a book bag

My daughter was waiting for this lunch box to be restocked and finally I bought it for her. She loves it. It matches her bookbag.

This is so cute and everyone loves it! It keeps my food cold til lunch without being in the frig (I use an ice pack) and I store little snacks in the front pocket for an easy grab.

Perfect size not too big and not too small easy to carry.
