    I would strongly recommend avoiding this product. Bought on sale as Christmas gifts so really couldn’t ride them until warmer weather. One didn’t work at all (it did the first time charged, then it always showed fully charged and wouldn’t move). The second last two month of riding then just stopped working. The battery life is short as well. Pay more for something that will work and last. This leads to sad kids and a waste of money.

    Stopped working within a few months!

    Purchased this for my daughter for Christmas and it stopped working by May. Given we live in Michigan, she wasn’t able to use it most of the winter… so she maybe used it for about 3 months tops before it died. We followed all of the directions and kept it inside during the cold months to keep the battery from freezing and also tried to make sure it was unplugged as soon as it finished charging… but it still died. The battery will show it is fully charged, but it will not actually turn on. Unfortunately, I purchased 2 of these at Christmas time and saved the other one to give to my son for his birthday a few months later. He just started using his, but now I am worried it won’t last through the summer. Huge waste of money!

    I bought one of these no more then 6 hours ago. It's garbage. Where you connect the handle bars to the frame is garbage. The metal is thin and bendy there is a slot for the push pin and it should be just a hole... my warning it that you will get hit when these handle bars fall.

    THREE scooters have failed us and no longer charge or run. Bought 2 for Christmas. 1 stopped working after 2 rides. We returned that one and now it and the other original scooter will not run or charge. These were too slow for my 6 and 8 year olds (my fault as the speed is stated) so they have seen very little use. Maybe 5 recharges each. Neither will work now and this is extremely disappointing.

    I have 5 kids and frankly no time to write reviews, but I just have to let everyone know what a piece of junk this scooter is. We bought this scooter for my son in November, gave it to him for Christmas, and it's been very cold where we live so he has only used it a handful of times on warmer days. First of all, it's extrememly loud and obnoxious. On top of that, which I could get past, it now only goes about 1 mile per hour. He's hardly used it. We charge if for days at a time, then he tries to ride it and it literaly hardly moves. I called Target and they won't even give me store credit so I can purchase a new scooter which he of course now wants for his birthday since his christmas present was a total bomb. My only other option at this point is to deal with the manufacturer who will at best, send me yet another piece of junk that I do not want.

    This is truly a piece of junk. It was a Christmastime gift and at first the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. They don’t let you return the item-they sent us a new battery (after multiple phone calls b/c they were always closed and a very long call- they sent us a new battery). The new battery works but it’s is unbearably loud - it’s so painful to listen to it.
