For the crispiest outcome of my spring/egg rolls or anything that requires very high heat , normally I use Peanut Oil. However for sauteing , frying, or for everything else ( including oil I put in my homemade Sour Dough French bread and pizza crust) I rely on this. I have been using it for over 2 years now, and absolutely LOVE it. I discovered it by searching for a less expensive alternative to Extra Virgin Olive Oil. If you are like me and are tired of the high cost of Olive Oil, you MUST try this!! It is a blend of Extra Virgin Olive / Sunflower Oil and as I am the author of 4 cookbooks, I should know the difference in the quality of a cooking oil!!
