The fountain was well packed for shipment. Very easy setup, they sent an extra extension of hose for the pump. We used a small portion of it, too much will kink the main hose, maybe try it without the extension first. The pump may sit up a little high, but this will keep the hose from kinking. Beautiful full sounding water flow. Great color,, looks very realistic of a cement fountain. We highly recommend this fountain.

I purchased it April 2017. One of the lights went out almost immediately, got water in it and by the next year the other one went out. Year three the middle basin cracked and would not hold water. The summer of 2020 it was just a statue. Shopping for a replacement now. I would not recommend.
