A: No, if it’s sunny it works- if not it doesn’t, at all I’d return it but I only paid $10 so not worth it.

A routine bird bathroom is to little to use it in.
If you have a fish pond or large bird bath this is for you. Solar functions great, spouts for water stream works terrific! Enjoyable to view with bird use!
