Awesome product, something I probably would never have bought myself but I got one for a gift and it was a smash hit with the family, kids especially! Unfortunately the product is no longer available and that makes me sad, very, very sad. Now I will cry uncontrollably for many days as I struggle to cope with this new dark reality.

Chocolate cookies were brittle broke as soon as you tried to add ice cream making it a mess to eat. Chocolate chip cookies were terrible tasting. Imitation chips. Made 2 sandwiches discarded the rest.

Ice cream sandwiches are super easy to make. I bought 5 boxes already and only one chocolate chip cookie was broken in all. You need to soften the ice cream 20 seconds in the microwave before spreading it on the cookie and then top it with the other cookie. The edges are not perfect but no one cares. If you want it perfect, then use a peanut butter knife to shape it all around. Fun to make with all the family. Kudos Target 🎯

The packaging unfortunately doesn’t protect the cookies from being broken. I needed to buy 3 packs for the amount I needed to make and at least one pack had a broken cookie in it
