Ice Cream Scoop Light Blue - Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia

Box bigger than items, batteries were broke open and scattered in box, and box was damaged. Also they were scheduled for Friday, not estimated, came today, Monday 7/28

I wanted to love this ice cream scoop but it has not held up very well. It came apart and the moving part on scoop is stuck up. Sorry H and H not your best effort

This scooper is stronger than the cheaper ones I’ve seen. The only problem is that I believe the handle is made out of a wood type material and a paint not suitable for water! 1 trip in the dishwasher and the blue paint started to peel. Kind of strange materials for a food utensil. But not too bad if you hand wash.

The scooper is great, but when handwashing in hot water before using it the blue paint already started to peel.

We have been in need of one of these to make scooping ice cream easier. It does do the job! I do feel like the handle/lever length is made for a larger hand or longer fingers but it’s still usable. Just not as comfortable for smaller hands. This works really well to get the entire scoop of ice cream from the container to the bowl. It doesn’t leave clumps of ice cream like you would get using a regular spoon. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a cool old fashioned ice cream scooper. my mother used to have this type of an ice cream scooper and I remember getting the best and perfect ice cream served on a cone I have since found so many that didn’t have a contraption that would release the ice cream or made scoops. The handle is very high-quality. The crank does require a little bit of pressure but a little hot water can help you easily release the ice cream from the scoop perfect for ice cream cones and sundaes. It feels sturdy in your hand, and the little pop-up lever makes it easy to get the ice cream out without having to bang on the side of a bowl, which I have definitely done with other scoopers. The light blue handle is a nice touch as well, it is kind of vintage, but it still looks clean and simple. We’ve used it a few times now and it has held up well, even with really hard ice cream straight from the freezer. I received an incentive to write this review.

Literally hand washed this scooper and the paint is peeling off, plus it’s already on the verge of breaking. Super disappointed

Do not buy. It does not work. It’s aesthetically pleasing but unfortunately it does not work. It was extremely difficult to scoop ice cream I ended up using a spoon.

Very cute but works horribly. Fell apart after two uses and handwashing as recommended. Love magnolia but this is an awful product.

My hand kept slipping and it was hard to keep a grip on, made it difficult to get any scoops.

My family loves this ice cream scooper! It's easy to use and very cute!
