A: Good question. I was looking for PFAS-free parchment paper and found Mamavation tested this product. A: Hi Scezra, The max oven temperature is 428 degrees F. We don't recommend going any higher because every oven and the settings are different!

This is the only cheap-ish parchment paper ive found that survives making sourdough in my dutch oven at 500 degrees for 45 minutes without crumbling. I can still use it to pull the sourdough out by the corners. When using it again for another 45 mins it starts to crumble a bit, but thats understandable

I love that it’s chemical free and compostable but for the love of god please don’t buy this. The blades to cut the paper are useless, I have to use scissors every single time just to get the paper to cut.

Absolutely the worst dispenser I've ever used! If you add up every frustrating dispensing of plastic wrap, aluminum foil, parchment, freezer, & wax paper, add in every time the edge of the tape gets stuck down... you would not come anywhere near the level of aggravation this box and cutter cause me. The paper is fine.

Fantastic! Love using this unbleached parchment for baking with easy cleanup. Also handy for prep and storage. The box is convenient with no metal teeth for tearing! Which is better for recycling. Read the box with it's easy instructions and it'll show you how to pull the parchment out with ease.

I like that the paper has healthier properties than mainstream brands but the box is frustrating. The cutting mechanism is worthless and doesn't work after first use because the serrated edges flatten out. You'll have to use scissors after that. The box is also flimsy since it's uncoated. I just use an old box from another brand. I will continue to buy this because it's a healthier option and performs as expected for a greener product with healthier coating.
