I never received my package. I called several times and they refuse to help me. They told me to file a police report but the police said they cannot garuntee my package. I'm so upset this close to the holidays! I'm just out of my money

This was on my baby registry that a friend of mine purchased. The shipping info target provides for my delivered registry gifts says that the shipping label was printed on 9/30/2024 and it has gone no farther than that since. It is now 10/28/2024. I called and asked about it and the rep said it was a third party so it had to go to a different department but he wouldn't transfer me. Not sure if target or the third party messed up here but it's been nearly a whole month and this thing has not even shipped. I'd love to be able to review it but without it even being mailed to me all I can do at this point is leave a review and hope my friends not just out that money for the intended gift.
