[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the western farm barn building set. With interactive windmill, tractor & animal play set. This set has 1405 pieces that are sorted and divided into separate bags based on what you are building. The barn pieces are in one bag, the animal pieces are in one bag etc. The instruction manual is thick but it is easy to follow along as it is step by step, piece by piece with actual size photos of pieces to help keep you on track. The manual says ages 8 and up but with full supervision (due to the size and number of pieces) the easy instructions would allow a younger child to easily help building this set. This is a really fun building set, my kids and I are really enjoying working on this farm including the barn and animals.

It comes with around ten different bags of pieces, each representing a different stage of the build, which makes it really easy to stay organized. Some of the larger bags even have smaller bags inside with additional steps broken down, which was super helpful. The directions are very user-friendly-each step is shown in color while the pieces from previous steps are greyed out, making it really easy to understand exactly what to add next. All of the pieces clicked together nicely, and the finished barn looks just like the pictures on the listing and the box-bright, sturdy, and exactly what we expected. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase. It's a solid, time-consuming activity and would make a great gift or a fun family project to work on together.

This does come with animals and a tractor, wagon and pickup. This does say on the manual, it is for 10+ but it advertises as 8+ so a little confusing. It comes with a lot of pieces. Sometimes the color picture description doesn’t always correspond with the color pieces which can be confusing since there are so many. That being said, I think this is a great gift idea for an 8+ year old and it would keep them busy for hours. Once you are done putting it together, there are lots of interactive play with this. It could come in a bit bigger box as it is busting at the seams.

It’s engaging in the best way — a little more focus than a puzzle so it actually pulls your brain out of the days stress. The set is organized really well. It comes separated into 10 clearly numbered bags, which makes the build flow smoothly. The instruction book looks huge, but that’s because there’s only instructions for a couple of pieces on each page, so it’s super approachable even if you aren’t a seasoned builder. The first couple of pages took me a minute to get used to, but after that, the instructions were easy to follow. There are a lot of tiny pieces, so definitely keep everything away from pets or little kids while working. Everything snaps together beautifully— firm, snug and high-quality. Nothing felt loose or cheap. Overall, this has been a genuinely calming project. I’m looking forward to the final result!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I never knew I would have so much building this. It’s almost addicting. It’s like a puzzle but in 3D and with instructions. This barn is so detailed it’s insane. The only downfall so far is the base is a lot of seperate pieces so it doesn’t stay put together very well. I just re secured it with other Legos to make it sturdier! It has taken a few hours over a few days to build. But the instructions are great and very well laid out with the packers numbered. It’s interactive as the barn doors open, there are animals and a truck that is all seperate and movable. It’s the perfect present for the husband that has everything and for kids to play with, with their imagination. I absolutely love this set and have been showing everyone who will listen. Just in time for Christmas. It also DOES work with Legos!
