Q: Can you control the pressure settings?
A: NO - The Rio only has HIGH pressure, NOT low pressure (that's why it does not have the "Sous Vide" and "Sterilize" programs that the Duo, Duo Plus, and other models with low pressure have).

Q: Does this item have the ability to brown a roast, then cook in the same pot?
A: Hello! Yes you can brown in this pot on saute and then finish on slow cook or pressure cook depending on the recipe you're following.

Q: Can this be used to make yogurt directly in pint jars? How many jars will fit into the area? What temp range can it be programmed at the yogurt settimg?
A: Hello Veronica. A 6 quart Instant Pot can fit 3-4 one pint jars. We recommend the jars be placed on top of the trivet. The following are the Yogurt temperatures: High:81-85C/178-185F Med: 38-42C/101-108F Low: 31-35C/88-95F We hope this is helpful!

Q: How many cups of rice does it cook?
A: Hello Lisa. You can cook 6-8 cups of rice in the 6Qt Instant Pot. Please do not fill the past the 1/2 mark on the inner pot. Enjoy!
