A: NO - The Rio only has HIGH pressure, NOT low pressure (that's why it does not have the "Sous Vide" and "Sterilize" programs that the Duo, Duo Plus, and other models with low pressure have).

A: Hello Veronica. A 6 quart Instant Pot can fit 3-4 one pint jars. We recommend the jars be placed on top of the trivet. The following are the Yogurt temperatures: High:81-85C/178-185F Med: 38-42C/101-108F Low: 31-35C/88-95F We hope this is helpful!

I’ve always felt conflicted about using pressure cooker. Directions were easy and I used it the same day that I purchased. I make some oxtails in 50 minutes. I’ve already recommended this to everyone that tried my oxtails. They wanted to know how they were made.

I read the bad reviews and thought people were overreacting and bought it anyway. Please don’t make that mistake I have no idea what kind of dumb pressure cooker this is. It indeed does take 10 min or more to heat, then when you get to have it cook it says “burn food” and you have to press cancel and reheat it and start the process all over again. Horrible horrible product. Returning asap .

I don like that I can’t take the pressure out fast. I switch to vent and still have to wait foreeever, and the chicken gets overcooked because of this. Also it takes more time finishing cooking .

This pot has never worked right. I have made multiple attempts with customer service to honor my warranty. After months of emailing with no resolve, I am going to order a new pot thru Amazon. That way if it doesn't work, I can return it right away and not have to deal instantly pot's poor customer service.

I had been using 8qt instapot with stainless pot for 6-7 yesrs. I bought this Rio 6qt during the last week of November 2024 of this year and in just a couple of uses the pot has some scratches. I was very hesitant to buy because of the ceramic coating pot, but thought of giving a chance. The ceramic coating is very thin another durable. I was looking forward to use this for atleast few years. I am so not happy with this product.

I got mine a while ago and love it. As the Holidays approach I found myself wishing there was a power cord with multiple ends or a way to daisy chain them together so I don't need a surge protector to put several out for parties

This is junk compared to the older generation products. I bought this to replace an old Instapot that worked perfectly for 6 years. I was a complete convert to pressure cooking with that thing. This model can't even compare. It takes easily twice as long to come to pressure. I took this back and reverted to the stovetop. This is a waste of money.
