It's sized nicely for the Switch Lite. Does add some protection for travel or general safekeeping. However, the construction of the handle is a little less sturdy than I would like - the grip part is fine, but the cloth portion of the handle could be attached more securely to the case itself. The zipper could be a bit sturdier as well, but it's not a huge problem. My main gripe is the GROSS texture of the material on the outside of the case. I'm not even sure how to describe it. Smooth & dry. This item was available by shipping only, but if I had been able to touch it first, I would've gagged & set it down & never looked back. I did keep the case rather than returning it because it was 10 bucks & didn't seem worth the emissions of sending it through the mail again. Plus, it's better than nothing. Just not my favorite.

It's a very protective case but I won't give it 5 stars because we've owned two of these and the carrying strap both of them eventually broke. I'm not going to be purchasing a third one and am going to be looking for one with a better carrying handle. If you don't care about the handle, the case is great. Unfortunately for us, it is an inconvenience and a disappointment.
