Q: I need to blow up a donut/ cone for my dog after his surgery, will the pump do it?
A: The Intex 120V Cylinder Electric Pump includes multiple nozzle attachments and is designed to inflate most small to medium inflatables. As long as the donut or cone has a standard inflation valve, the pump should work. Please check the valve type to ensure compatibility.
submitted byIntex Consumer Support - 17 days agoBrand expertA: I don't think it will have the attachments you need.

Q: Can this inflate a paddle board? Are the nozzles compatible?
A: Thank you for your question. The nozzle on this pump is not compatible with the Intex Stand Up Paddle Board. For other brands, please check the valve type to ensure compatibility with the pump.
submitted byIntex Consumer Support - 17 days agoBrand expertA: No, a standard Intex cylinder pump, designed for inflatable products like air mattresses, is unlikely to be suitable for inflating a paddleboard.

Q: Can this be used to vacuum california king mattress to shrink its size for move out?
A: Yes, it can be used to deflate an air mattress
submitted byMy Quick Buy - 1 month agoBrand expertA: Thank you for your question, Nani. The Intex 120V Cylinder Electric Pump is designed for inflating and deflating airbeds and inflatable products. It is not intended for use as a vacuum pump and would not be effective or suitable for vacuum-sealing a California king mattress for moving. For that purpose, we recommend using a vacuum specifically designed for compression storage bags. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us at 310-549-8235 or via chat at intexcorp.com.

Q: It keeps deflating but I can't get it to inflate. How do I make that happen?
A: To inflate your item with the Intex 120V Cylinder Electric Pump (Quick-Fill® AC400), first attach the correct nozzle to the inflation valve located on the bottom of the pump (the teal side). Then, tighten the nozzle clockwise onto the inflation valve of the item you wish to inflate. Next, plug the pump into an AC electrical outlet and press the “I” button to start inflating. Q: We lost the valves. Can we replace the valves or do we need to buy a whole new pump? If we can replace what is the product number?
A: We’re sorry, Paula. The nozzles aren’t available as a replaceable part, so a new pump would be needed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q: Can it be used to inflate a basketball
A: The Intex 120V Cylinder Electric Pump is not intended for basketballs, and we do not recommend it for this purpose. It’s designed for large inflatables like airbeds and pool floats. Please consider finding an alternate pump with a needle adapter for inflating sports balls.
