A: To inflate your item with the Intex 120V Cylinder Electric Pump (Quick-Fill® AC400), first attach the correct nozzle to the inflation valve located on the bottom of the pump (the teal side). Then, tighten the nozzle clockwise onto the inflation valve of the item you wish to inflate. Next, plug the pump into an AC electrical outlet and press the “I” button to start inflating. If your item keeps deflating or you’re unable to inflate it properly, please contact technical support via chat at intexcorp.com or by calling 310-549-8235 for further assistance.

This thing is a life saver - I used it to blow up an air mattress and it worked fine. Sure, it takes a little while and the pump does get hot but for the price you really cant beat it. I'm glad I found this!

I bought this at christmas to pump up a inflatable sled. Used it again recently to pump a toddler air mattress up and it made a weird whirling noise and died.

Bought this to help inflate our backyard pool quicker! I like it, it gets the job done BUT it does overheat so quickly. By the time it took me to inflate a small mini dip pool it was getting hot to the touch. We’re keeping it because it gets the job done but if it has to fill up something large you may have to stop and start since it’s prone to overheating

I think a lot of the negative reviews are due to user error. I was hesitant to purchase but did so due to the price and lack of alternative options from Target. At first, it seemed like the device wasn’t working but upon reviewing the instructions, it was set to deflate. A simple adjustment to make sure it was set to inflate and this pump did the job. Very quick and no issues with overheating for a two-person pool raft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had many many intex pumps before. I like how this one was so much more compact, and so efficient compared to our bigger bulky ones. It’s still has the whistle sound but it’s not as loud. So glad I got to try this out with the floatie my daughter got to pump herself (9year old)

I’m unsure what is going on with this pump, I bought it to inflate a small pool. I came home, unboxed everything, plugged in the pump and it won’t even turn on? I’ve tried different outlets thinking maybe that was the problem & it won’t turn on still. So, I don’t suggest getting this. It was a waste of money.

This is a great little pump. I was hesitant in buying it because it was so inexpensive but it works just as you would expect. Don’t know if it will last but I only use it for pool toys so not often. Try it!
