Intex Prism Frame Above Ground Swimming Pool

The plastic base pieces that go on each leg do not fit on the poles. So we have no base on more than half the leg poles

After 3 years of using our 12x30 above ground pool, the liner developed a leak somewhere. Decided to replace the liner since replacements were available. ow I have a brand new pool for half the price of new one

Horrible quality of pool. Just set it up and it dosent stay in place. The blue material pool was way better than this. Threw the box away so I doubt i can return or exchange for a different one.

I've purchased several above ground pools for 20+ years, & NEVER had one w/ so many problems & such poor quality! I've had some last 5+yrs, w/Intex being the best brand years ago. Unfortunately it seems their quality has gone down! The hexagon pool is a complete failure/ defective!! I LOVED it once I got it level, put together (on pool pad), & filled completely w/filter going, (despite it getting punctured on the bottom of the pool from ground. I was able to patch it & it was great for a few months last summer. I put away as I always do (after drying), in a sealed container until this year. I set up again, completely filled, just to find 3 different leaks around the bottom seam, that aren't holding water and can't be patched (I used high end under water patches & glue). I'm extremely dissatisfied, wasted a lot of energy and time, & cost of water bill! I'm the only person who's ever used it, and I use for therapeutic purposes (stretching, sitting, floating), and keep it very clean. I've NEVER had a pool fail like this has in one season! The pump started this year, ran fine for a day w/new filters, then stopped/ broke. It has power, but won't run, and nothing was in the pool to be filteredor create tension. (All other pumps last several years). I won't be buying intex again since poor quality doesn't warrant higher cost.

Super easy to set up, way easier than the best way pool I was replacing. So far so good with water level and temp.

The pool did not come with either of these items. Tagret was nice enough to reach out to the company that sells this product. They are refusing to send me a pump. Now i have to go buy a pump seperately.

BUYER BEWARE! Listing says it comes with the pump. It doesn’t come with the pump now I have to return it. And buy another one this process has been very lengthy and annoying.

It holds water perfectly without any problems leaking or bulging. I'm very impressed with the high quality this pool features and it's the ultimate Summer companion to get my kids out of the house and into some fresh air.

It is very easy to set up no need for instructions pretty straight forward. Its one of the easiest pools to set up took up less than 20min. It does not come with a pump or any accessories. Even if you have to buy the accessories separately it's still of great value and worth it. Overall, it's a great pool it holds up really well its very strong and sturdy. It is very easy to clean. I know my kids enjoy it to the fullest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommended this 12ft x 30in prism frame premium pool, it is perfect for cooling off, the temperature in Arizona is above 115 degrees, and this pool is perfect. It is very easy to assemble, you just have to follow the instructions, it took me and my husband about 30 minutes to assemble it. The size is perfect. I have two little daughters of 4 and 6 years old, and they can be very comfortable in it. Its material is very durable and the quality is excellent, it just doesn't come with the pump but I had one from another pool I had before, it took us about 4 hours for the pool to fill up with water, my daughters spend all afternoon playing in it, I like that it's a very good size and now they're learning to swim, it's perfect!

Easily fits my family of 6, with plenty of room to move, splash and have a great time. Setup was easy, simply follow the directions included and be sure to have a very flat place to sit the pool on. Seems very sturdy. I'm very happy with it!

It’s not the biggest for adults but great for my husband and I to lounge around in after work in the evenings.

My kids absolutely love it. It’s easy to clean and maintain. So far it seems very durable and it’s holding up really well. There’s plenty of room for my kids to swim.

This pool came defected, little pin holes in the seams and one pin hole turned into a big hole after it was filled to capacity. waste of money

Depending on your system, it will take a bit for it to fill up but once it is, it holds water well. I haven't had any leak issues from it. I highly recommend!! It is so much fun for the whole family.
