A: I just received mine today and it does come with the standard inflatable cover. No need to purchase one. It also comes with a ground mat that can be laid underneath the hot tub.

I bought this in Spring of 2022. Really nice spa & works as advertised. I used it a lot & am looking forward to another spring/summer using this spa. The heater/bubbler unit is remarkably quiet (the moving water is louder than the air pump) and it keeps the temperature well. If I start out at 104F, on cooler nights it will drop to 100F after an hour's use (2, 30 minute runs). The tub inflates very quickly. It's easy to maintain the water, easy to clean and really is a nice get-away in your own backyard. Glad I bought one, highly recommend. Makes me wonder what took me so long to get one of these!

Ordered and received it July 8, its August 21 and it has an error code wow for like 2 weeks now....we had an electrician check the outlet, all is good. So now I have to figure out if the warranty is good, make tons of calls .....very frustrating. I googled repairs and tried the reset several times...nope, I am guessing it needs a new control panel. Booooo

Exceeded all my expectations. we used it almost everyday last summer, kept it out until about November and then packed it away for the winter. I love the way the bubbles shoot upward instead of horizontally in a regular hot tub. So great for my back! As another reviewer mentioned, the temp will drop a few degrees after you take the cover off, so 104 quickly becomes 102 but will keep 102 to 100 for at least 30 mins. Much sturdier than expected

Easy to set up, plugged in and blew up, attached filters and waited for it to heat. Took about 2 days to heat up. Got an E90 error after about a week of it running / in use. Have a claim in with Intex to replace the pump since it will no longer run without throwing the error code. The pump has been on back order for a month. Garbage.

Love this little hot tub! My parents have a “real hot tub” but this is a very close second. I’m not sure if it would fit a full four people but my wife and I love the size for two. The temp does drop fast from 104-102 but it does hold at 100-102 for a very long time. We used it all winter in Buffalo when it was 25-30 degrees outside. No problems.

We are so bummed, it's leaking air right out of the box. It wasn't enough to notice before getting it full of water. So now instead of enjoying my hot tub and relaxing, a have to pack this thing up and take it back. Instead of de-stressing, I'm now stressed. It has had the total opposite effect of why I bought it.

Delivered early!! Exactly as pictured and WAY stronger than expected! Filled in less than 2 hours from hose at temp in 24 hours!!! (Husband was not included but he is 6-2 for size reference)

My spouse and I love this spa! I'm not sure why we haven't thought of a portable spa before. If you have space this spa is great for the bones and just relaxing. Ez to put together.
I have photos but I'm enjoying the spa too much to go into the house and get them!
