Got this for my 8 month old 1 year ago and it served the purpose but he would have had just as much fun in a $10 round plastic pool. It does seem like good quality but time will tell. This is plenty big for a handful of toddlers Tried to blow up 1 year later and there's a hole so he will not get to use all of the fun features. Would have waited if I knew it would only last one summer. We do live in Phoenix but by May this was taken out of the direct sunlight for the rest of the summer too try to keep safe obviously didn't help
