A: The InUSA Pilot does not expand, but you can check out the InUSA Ally which expands 2 inches for extra additional space.

Q: is this suitcase made in the usa ?
A: No, it isn't. InUSA has some models that are assembled in the US but not this one. Still, I highly recommend this product.
