Great upgrade – sleek, fast, and reliable
I’m very happy with this iPhone. The design is clean and lightweight, and the 256GB storage is more than enough for photos, videos, and apps. Performance is smooth and fast, battery life easily lasts a full day, and the camera quality is excellent, especially in low light. Setup was quick and everything works perfectly out of the box

Pretty good phone
Very thin, powerful phone. I really like it with just a couple negatives. It is larger than I would have liked. Also, the camera protrudes from the back so it doesn’t lit flat on a surface.

Hello there, Daniel! Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience with your new device. It makes sense that you’d notice differences in the camera right away — when you’ve been used to the way a previous iPhone handled photos, any change can feel like a step backward. The main difference is that the iPhone Air's camera uses a newer, higher‑resolution 48 MP main camera designed to capture sharper detail and better low‑light performance, while the iPhone 14 uses an older dual‑camera system with a dedicated ultrawide lens which means more framing flexibility. The iPhone Air delivers clearer photos, stronger night shots, and improved portrait quality thanks to its newer sensor and processing. We invite you to explore the iPhone User Guide: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/welcome/ios It’s a helpful resource with clear explanations of new features, tips for customizing your settings, and practical advice to improve battery life and overall performance. We especially recommend checking out the camera section, which offers guidance on getting the best results from your photos and videos. We hope this makes your iPhone easier and more enjoyable to use. At AT&T, our goal is to help you get the most out of your technology—whether that’s exploring device features, managing upgrades, or finding the right plan for your needs. If you’d like more personalized guidance for your iPhone Air, we’re always here to support you.

Great Phone - Apple iPhone Air
My wife loves this phone. She always used an SE before because of the size and weight. The Apple iPhone Air is a bit larger but weighs about the same. She can use the larger screen without sacrificing weight.

Slightly better despite IOS
Coming from the S25 Edge, my devices before that included ; Sony Xperia 1V, Xiaomi 14T & 15, Oneplus 13 , Pixel 9 , Nothing Phone 2 , S21 Ultra and a few more devices I’ve had a bunch of iPhones up until 14 series is when I stopped buying iPhone had a pro. I loved the Pixel 7 series over the 6 but something was missing. This design on the iPhone Air is top tier my only knock is IOS 26.

A real new phone
Perfect reset, it gives the feeling of a new phone without the extreme cost or loss of familiarity. The battery life isn’t an issue. If you’re an average consumer this phone is for you. The single camera is perfectly fine and does great in concerts.

Short battery charge
The battery life was entirely to short. I’d take my phone off the charge at 8am and by 11am it would have 20% battery.

The Best Phone You Probably Shouldn't Buy
Even as a gadget enthusiast, I haven't felt an emotional response to a new phone in years. I didn't really understand the iPhone Air until I held one in my hands. This phone made my previous iPhone 15 Pro Max feel bulky and outdated. The durability exceeded any expectations I may have had. But I wouldn't recommend this phone to almost anyone I know. Beauty and elegance comes with compromises. The single camera, short battery life, and limited thermal envelope, make this a non-starter for "pro" users. For me, though? Cameras and processing speed on mobile phones have been good enough for so long that I haven't missed any of those advanced features. The single camera sensor still makes my mediocre point-and-shoot photos look great. I have a desk job, so I'm always near a charger. And it's easy enough to bring a battery bank on the rare occasion I need "all day" battery life. And I'm more of a PC gamer than a mobile gamer, so the thermal constraints haven't been an issue. So why shouldn't everyone rush out and buy the iPhone Air? Because the iPhone 17 exists. The only real advantage the iPhone Air has over its much more affordable counterpart is the industrial design. You get a smidge more screen real estate, and a few grams less weight for a $200 premium. I love my iPhone Air. But irrational love is the only reason to buy one.

Should have stuck with the pro
Subpar compared to the 16 pro I’m coming from. Primary issues are the speaker built in is very quiet. Camera .5 zoom is unavailable due to the single lens as well (two features I use very often)
