However, with a quick google search, we are seeing many customers use our tough totes for hydroponics. We would suggest checking out a few blogs to see what size works best for your needs.   • A: Unfortunatley we do not have the specific size of the bungee used in the photo. However, each tote measures 30.3"L x 20.3"W x 14.3"H. Given that information, a bungee about 6' to 6'5" should work.

Lids do not snap tight or stay on.

Love the design and the box is sturdy but the lid does not snap in AT ALL. The descriptions says a tight snap and there is no such thing with these boxes. For the price of these boxes, that is not okay

Large and Heavy Duty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Iris 27 Gallon Heavy-Duty Storage Bins are useful for storing larger or heavier items. The plastic bins are a lot larger than I expected and difficult to carry myself due to the width of the box in comparison to my arm length. They are also a bit heavier than the normal plastic tote, which also makes them a bit more sturdy. The plastic is thick and not flimsy. I was surprised how extra durable the lid was in comparison to the rest of the tote.. The lid is a little bit larger than the bottom to make room for latching; Due to the size and weight, I think these are best for long term storage and items that don’t need to be moved around often. I like that they are opaque as there are some things that I don’t want to be visible from the outside or for sunlight to shine on them. They stack really well and have holes that allow for a lock or bungee cord. There was no noticeable smell so I would feel comfortable storing pantry essentials and clothing in these bins. These are great for storing gardening tools, power tools and various kitchen appliances that are not often used. A good storage option if you are in need of large storage totes that are durable and can hold a lot but won’t be moved around a lot.

Sturdy boxes!

I am a very organized person, so I hate having cardboard boxes everywhere, these boxes make my storage unit clutter free. Great tubs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these tubs since I moved recently and needed some extra storage, they’re great and very sturdy. I’ve stored a lot of different materials in each, some are for the yard so they’re pretty bulky but they fit great. The lids close very easily and securely. The tubs themselves are easy to move around the garage and very stackable. They’ve freed up a lot of space and helped organize my garage.

Heavy duty with Deep Lids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Iris USA containers are made with heavy-duty high-quality plastic, with easy to pull handles. Most of the container lids usually end up cracks or broken. These containers holding up great, as kids have uses them for toys and throw the lids on the floor many times. Deep lids make it easy to store in little space. Two of them have been used for food storage and one for kid's toys. 20 pounds of rice and flour bags store easily with other food items. Highly recommended.
