A: Hi RLT! The 17 Gal. HD Garage Tote features a deep recessed lid to provide stability when stacking for efficient use of storage space. Most household storage purposes do not require suggested weight limitations. Our products have not been specifically tested for various weight potential, and we suggest consumers not overload them or stack more than three high. This could cause distortion or eventual damage. When storing items away, use good judgment and be mindful of the weight in each tote and place the heaviest tote on the bottom. We hope this information helps!

A: Hi moonbeam! The 17 Gal. HD Garage Tote is made of Polypropylene plastic, and is designed for general household use. Polypropylene sometimes has a plastic smell (especially the clear products) when first purchased that dissipates fairly rapidly once the product is unpacked and put to use. Washing with a lemon scented or grease fighting detergent and rinsing thoroughly helps dispel any noticeable odor. Detergents sometimes adhere to plastics and you will want to wipe and rinse well. Air or towel dry.

Sturdy and spacious storage totes

Amazingly Perfect

Perfect tote for all sorts of storage needs

Durable tote
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I immediately fell in love with this tote the moment I got it. I've been wanting to have it for my DIY equipments and so glad I got it. I like the color, it's strong and accommodate my equipments well. I store my hammers , and other heavy equipments and they dont prick the container. The lids close tightly and I also like they have spot for a lock. Its stackable making it a good space saver. I received this tote as part of my take research.

Heavy Duty Storage with Features for Locking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very heavy duty tote and it is large. I have a massive stuffed teddy bear that takes up a lot of room and I was pleased to see that not only does it fit, there is room for other items to go in as well. I was surprised to find that this lid has holes so that you can padlock the lid in case you need extra security. The tote is rated to hold fifty pounds and says you can double stack them. It is thick and sturdy enough that I feel comfortable putting it in my outside shed. I think it’s great quality! I received an incentive to write this review.

Great heavy duty garage tote

Storage Perfect Organizing Box
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is A large sized storage box it is perfect for storing comforters or other large items like pillows away. It helps you organize your garage storage shelves. The plastic is high-quality and seems very sturdy when fully stacked. I was the box with see-through so I could see what I had stored in it, but I just added a sheet of paper on top of each bin to identify the items inside. I received an incentive to write this review.
