    Get what you pay for

    I had to replace the female adapter because it would not screw onto faucet. The cheap plastic connectors that connect hoses to the main box and the sprayer are clearly made in an effort to get you to buy replacements as they break. The connection to the main box from the faucet came loose during the first time I used it. The box itself is nice and the reel works great but if I had it to do again I would spend a little more to get a nicer set up with universal connections instead of cheap plastic specialized ones only made by this manufacterer.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yeah this was such a perfect purchase. I had blamed my old hose for being so impossible to put away. Now with this little gem, my garden hose is always neat, off the grass and easy to roll out when needed, the quick connects are genius and it does not leak, they have 6 hose reel nozzle settings and lock with metal latch to keep holding down the handle for keep running water or adjust holding pressure to control water pressure… the only bad thing is the spray nozzle does not come off and is not interchangeable

    Compact box with convenient reel

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this item up so I could easily rollout and roll up the hose in my front entryway. I live in a townhouse with a heavily monitored HOA that does not want anything in front of the house. This reel is perfect for me because the entire housing is small enough to sit behind a small bush I have on the front walkway. I have only been using it for about a month, but I don’t have any complaints so far.
