Irish Spring Original Scent Bar Soap 3.2 oz

I don't understand all these negative review. The modernized Irish spring with flaxseed oil was really an improvement it wasent so drying. But that's been removed now for the light green orginal Irish spring packaging witch is the original bar but I think people have really forgot what Irish spring soap smells like. It was always you love it or hate it soap. This is how I remember Irish spring always smelling even in the 90's so I don't know why all the complaints. I really do enjoy showering with Irish spring original and nobodys gonna say you smell bad. It's an excellent strong deodorant soap as always. And I love the new modern packaging way more!

Bring back the REAL original bar of soap. Changing the packaging didn’t change the bar inside. This “new” version is still the same ingredients as the “original clean”. Disappointed.

The soap does not hold like it use too. I bought different kinds whether it was 3 pack 6 pack or 12 pack. At different stores as well. The original, the aloe mist, the active scrub. It doesn't hold well after you use it. At times like you didn't even take a shower with the smell to it. Need to put stronger ingredients when you make thisnirish spring like you use too a long time ago.

BEST! SOAP! EVER! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST SOAP ANY SOAP MAKER, MAKES IN THE WORLD.... THE SCENT AND LATHER IS JUST INVIGORATING AND I AM IN LOVE WITH IT, LOL. OH, BTW, I DON'T SEE THIS AS A "MAN'S SOAP".... I GREW UP IN THE 90'S AS A CHILD WITH IRISH SPRING AS THE SOAP THE FAMILY USED. ALL FAMILIES I KNEW DID, OR COAST.... THERE WEREN'T REALLY ANY WOMEN'S AND MEN'S SOAP BACK THEN.... SOAP WAS SOAP. BUT, I DON'T CARE IF PPL THINK IT'S MEN'S SOAP, I USE IT ♥

Current formula is horrible, bring the original back!!!!

Bring back the old scent. The new soaps are not anything near the quality of the old ones.

Guys the company is trying to scam all of us by calling their “original clean” , and labeling it as “original” now… Nothing original about it, smells horrible and melts into nothing in 2-3 showers Save your time and money and get the real deal Dove if you want a moisturizing soap , or get ivory or coast if you want a solid deodorizing soap… This company failed us in February 2022 when they changed the formula for no reason , and came up with this garbage product You would be better off taking a shower with dawn dish soap , at least it smells clean, and not like a toilet bowl

“Original” was allergy safe for my husband. Bulk purchased for decades. “Original” disappeared from the shelves, we bought the “Original Fresh” which he borderline tolerates. Ruined his shower joy. My guess: 2K+ reviewers that liked the new scents never had the opportunity to enjoy real Original in the shower. You messed up.

The new irish spring smells awful, looks awful why did they ruin this?

New scent smells too strong and gives me a headache. This is the only soap I've used for as long as I can remember. I have no idea what to get now, but it won't be this.

My husband has been using this soap for years and we just found out that it has completely changed. It doesn't foam up and it doesn't smell the same. The fragrance is like hot cooking oil which completely upsets my husband's nose. He's very upset and we demand the old style back. This is ridiculous, guys. This was the only soap he wasn't allergic to.

the new formula has no scent and to much oil. Bring back the original formula.

My husband has used Irish Spring bar soap for decades. I recently bought a pack of 20 bars of the new formula of Irish Spring Original Clean soap with flaxseed oil. (113g) It's a total waste of money. The bar of soap is completely dissolved within 8-10 days, and that's only one person is using it. I will never buy this soap again unless the old formula is brought back.

I know I will probably get many disagreeing with my comment,but as far as the new formula and scent…I personally like it.I was never an Irish Spring user,and I can understand someone who has been for many years,would notice a difference,but I like that the scent is more mellow,and my skin isn’t dry,like the older bar formula… All in all I’m pleased…

I do not like the smell why do companies have to ruin a good thing . I will not buy this any longer

The new flaxseed formula dissolves faster than the old formula meaning that we run through the product much faster and have to buy it more frequently. Worse, it's terrible as a deodorant soap, which is the main reason we had been loyal customers. As soon as we run out of our last bars, we'll be switching brands.

It is still soap, but with the flaxseed, it's no longer usable and please stop calling it original. It's now slimy, smells wrong and feels wrong. Please bring back the original so my wife and I can continue to use Irish spring.

Go back to the original scent. You have just lost a 20 year customer. The flax oil is terrible !
