The flavor is good, kind of vanilla, kind of marshmallow, and it blends really easily in water or milk. The biggest downside is when it’s blended in liquid by itself, it can be a little grainy. Definitely not a deal breaker, but not as smooth as some protein supplements.

I used to love the vanilla flavor, but found out they changed the recipe. I don’t know why they would do that, but the new stuff is pretty gritty and aweful tasting. It had to return it twice thinking I got a bad batch then read reviews after the second jug I got that tasted the same as the first one I returned. Looks like the same issues we are all having. Please do something about getting the original excellent tasting recipe back!!! That was the absolute best tasting protein I’ve ever had. Hence the disappointment in the new stuff.

I liked how well it all blended with a shaker bottle and the texture was very smooth. However, it tasted water down. I recommend either using milk or less water.

It was 25 grams of protein in each serving, full of vitamins and minerals, is low carb and low sugar and mixes well with water. I'm lactose intolerant and this protein is lactose free. I recommend giving it a shot.
