I love this powder because it always helps to get that smooth consistency when adding a bit of fruit to the smoothie ingredients. I don’t usually use it with just water, but I really enjoy that I can taste the “cream” in the flavor. I usually throw in strawberries, bananas, blueberries or mangoes with a bit of ice, almond milk, and fruit! This helps me to reach my daily protein goals without excess carbs.

Maybe it’s me, but, am I supposed to imagine the strawberry flavor because this drink is electric pink? Did we forget the strawberry flavor? This flavor is the absolute worst! Maybe I got a bad batch… I have to drink protein shakes for pre-bariatric surgery diet for the next two weeks- I made a huge mistake with this flavor.

Strawberry wouldn’t ordinarily be my first choice of flavor but this one was good, especially made with almond milk instead of water. The consistency is good but best if mixed with a handheld mini blender to fully mix and froth up the shake. This step made it like a real treat! The only downside to this powder is it does have an artificial flavor if you are sensitive to that.
