Bad applicator
Do not recommend at all. I was getting pinched by the applicator it was so uncomfortable. I went through more tampons trying to get it in then when actually being used. Do not waste your money.

Highly recommend!
August tampons are my new go-to! They are very comfortable and easy to insert. As a major bonus - they are hypoallergenic and made with 100% organic cotton! I also love the mission behind August and think it’s extremely important to make information surrounding periods much more accessible.

Love the materials the tampons are made of! Tampons stay in our bodies for an extended period of time so the materials that they are made of are super important. I love the absorbency and the length of the tampon!

Little absorption + leaking
It always leaks, not a tampon i can wear without an additional pad. I get these at my equinox so i continue to give them a chance but after consistent use (cause they're free) it's leakage every time. I just changed one because it was leaking and it was half full so i really don't understand why other than bad design.

Product has changed
I used to love these tampons but something changed and the product is different. Agree with others saying very limited absorption from the tampons I purchased from Target in Apr 2025. I do not usually write reviews but need to let the brand know the product change is noticed, and unfortunately I will not be buying again unless it changes back to the old tampons. Doing this out of love because I support what this brand stands for!

Don't waste your money
These do not expand AT ALL. They stay the exact same shape as in the applicator so they don’t absorb much… the applicator is also very short as others have mentioned making it difficult to insert all the way. I tried half the box before giving up since every single tampon felt uncomfortable and on the verge of falling out. Skip these & try HoneyPot

Leaked very soon
I wanted to like these so bad because I’ve seen the ads and the owner promoting and using her own products however these leaked after about an hour and a half and i don’t have a heavy flow at all. They leak just as bad as Tampax which is what i was trying to switch from smh. For the price i was expecting a better experience. The regular and the super both leaked. Love the ingredients but that’s about it

Super tampons
I just bought some liners and tampons on the website for the first time☺️ but I definitely try the super tampons before! And they're so amazing and comfortable I love August tampons super healthy, comfortable, and safe everything a tampons pads should be!
