Itzy Ritzy Boss Plus Backpack Diaper Bag

The size and function are great. However... I purchased this bag in hopes of it lasting at least a year or 2 (especially with the cost), but unfortunately, after 4 months of regular use the threading on the top handle is "fuzzy" (unraveling I assume) and the leather has come off parts of the bottom edges. I was hoping the price meant better quality, it does not.

It's a cute bag. However, the quality is not great. I have so many peeling spots all around my diaper bag. I was super gently and careful when doing our outings. It's frustrating considering how expensive this bad is

I purchased this bag one year ago in May 2024. I wanted a diaper bag that looked a bit more stylish than usual diaper bags since I use it all of the time. The "leather" is really beautiful, soft, and has held up well - no scuffs or scratches. The straps and stitching began to pull after FOUR MONTHS. I don't use the bag to hold anything that I believe would cause this to rip. A year later and the bag has one strap that probably won't last much longer. I am really disappointed after having spent much more than a normal diaper bag only for it to fail so quickly.

I bought this bag expecting a high quality product. I love the way it unzips all the way so you can easily find everything you need and all the pockets come it handy for organizing everything. It's also really cute, which I loved. Unfortunately after having this bag for about nine months the shoulder straps have started to rip at the top seam. I only use this bag a few times a week and I'm not filling it with bricks. I'm extremely disappointed and customer service was unhelpful since it was past the 30 day return window. Buyer beware.

this item is absolutely stunning love that I can use it on my day to day, so much storage for 2 under 2 and just all in all gorgeous. See this being my forever type of diaper bag!

I have been using this diaper bag for 10 months now. I love it but unfortunately I noticed that at the top of the straps they are starting to tear. I emailed customer service and since it is past the 30 days they will not replace the bag for me. I find this to be unacceptable especially since they charge almost $200 for a bag.

I've tested numerous diaper bags,and this is the one! It's so easy to use and so stylish! Momma this is the bag you need! It has all the space and all must have features. The chnaging pad is awesome,the pockets are perfect!

I am so thankful that I heard about Itzy Ritzy when my infant was still young enough we were not out and about, because once we were, it was a must have! Perfect size to fit everything. Compartments to stay organized. It fit everything seamlessly, even with formula feeding. I loved it so much that I am gifting one to a new mom at her baby shower this weekend!

I love this diaper bag. But zipper splits open, only 6 month old diaper bag & Itzy Ritzy doesn't honor since it's past "30 day policy" even with proof of purchase.

The boss is truly THE BOSS. It is huge and will fit everything you need and more! Oh and it's so beautiful! We use it for full day outings like the zoo, Disneyland, airport traveling. This bag has been through it and still looks amazing!

I have a 2 year old and a 3 month old and this bag is great! It fits everything I need with two different diaper sizes, extra outfit for each, and you can find everything with the zippers coming all the way down and the netting keeping everything in. Recommend this bag to all my friends that are becoming new mamas!

Well-priced and cute! The size is perfect for a petite woman, and is also not overly/girly for Dads to carry around. Plenty of pockets for all of the essentials. Five stars!
