Itzy Ritzy Boss Plus Backpack Diaper Bag - Cognac

I recently received my boss plus diaper bag and I’m over the moon with it! With a small baby, I wanted a bag that she could grow with and have plenty of room. This bag is not only stylish, but also beneficial for all of your baby needs. You have plenty of spacious pockets, which is a win. I’m able to put all of her things in and still have plenty of room. Everything stays organized and clean, which is every mom’s dream. Out of the many bags I’ve found, this one isn’t one that I’ll be parting with any time soon. My bag is easy to clean and ready to go at any given moment. 10/10 would recommend. I’ve had mixed reviews from different people, which talked me out of purchasing sooner. I wish I would have went with my gut to begin with and snagged a bag. You won’t regret such a fabulous purchase.

I bought my first Itzy ritzy diaper bag and I am in LOVE!! I got the silly goose and I cannot even express how much I love the color! This is my first baby so I’m hoping it will last if we have move! All the pockets are truly a plus!

Looove how functional it is. All the pockets and size are just perfect. I added my own charm instead of the bow it came with. But it’s the perfect pink and inside goes well with the blue and pick color scheme I’m trying to keep

I’ve had this diaper bag for over a year now and it is the best! Everything still functions, the straps still don’t have any frayed edges and are secure, it still holds it shape to sit up by itself, and all the zippers are still smooth! There is slight wear on the back and bottom of the bag where the pleather has came off it’s felt backing, but we are not easy on this bag by any means. My only complaint is the tacky “head” and “toes” on the changing pad. For a luxury priced diaper bag, I wouldn’t expect something like that to be on there. I also noticed there’s only 1 picture out of all the colors where they actually show the inside of the changing pad. To me, that shows I’m not the only one who thinks the words make it look cheap. That could definitely be a deal breaker for some people. The bag itself though is great! It’s perfectly transitioned with us from babyhood to toddlerhood!

Goose obsession is REAL, and this backpack just made it even worse—in the best way! 🪿🤍 The cute goose design inside is everything, and I’m obsessed with all the spacious pockets that make it as practical as it is adorable. Easily my favorite bag to date!

I bought this for my daughter for my daughter to use for my granddaughter. We love it so much. So many pockets and the best part is how the front opens up all the way so it’s easy to load and get things out of. The pink is adorable And the bow on the front just topped it off!

3rd time mom and I finally purchased an Itzy ritzy bag. This is my 5th diaper bag and I wish I had made the purchase sooner. It’s all around worth it. Cute, comfortable, holds everything for all my kids, and most importantly well made. My other bags were uncomfortable to carry or didn’t last.

While I love my boss plus larger diaper bag and how pretty it looks and the abundance of pockets and storage it offers, I’m trying to figure out why the bag is still super heavy to carry. Especially if I’m a short person just under 5’2. It seems like the less I try to put in the bag, no matter what, it is still somewhat heavy to carry. I’m not sure if it’s the material that it’s made out of. I have the Coffee & Cream color. I even got the mini plus bag for those short out of the house trips but I feel like the big large bag is super heavy, I’ve been carrying my breast pump stuff in my large diaper bag because it’s essentially a backpack with lots of room but when I carry my mini plus diaper bag, it’s heavy too.

I was hesitant on purchasing this bag due to the price point, however, it is worth every penny! Extremely well made, so many pockets, and adorable.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and I love it. Everywhere I go, I’m always getting compliments on it! It’s finally a diaper bag that doesn’t look like a diaper bag.
