JuJuBe Classic Diaper Backpack - Black

I chose a more expensive diaper bag thinking it would last me several years but I am just over a year into using this bag and it’s falling apart. I have only spot treated it and never put it through the wash and I would honestly be scared to if it’s falling apart just from everyday use. I love the look, size, and pockets but without the quality it doesn’t mean much.

Bought this for a baby shower gift and everyone loved it! Great style and quality!

I don’t know if they changed the zipper design as the zippers on mine look different than the pictures. But I bought this bag shortly before my due date (11/17/25) and after using a week, the zipper handles/clasps (not sure what they’re called) started breaking. I literally had to tie them in knots so I could pull the zipper closed. It happened on almost all of the zippers. For price, I expected much better quality.

I received this as a gift at my baby shower . I’ve been using it on average once a week for 9 months now and have washed it maybe 3-4 times . It’s completely falling apart - ripped seams - which started around the 6 month mark . I Was really excited for the organizational aspect of it having multiple compartments but due to it being very low quality and not lasting long at all, I would not recommend it .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently did a warranty claim for the previous version of the Classic Diaper Bag as the seams was wearing. Ordered the new Classic Diaper Bag, but was disappointed to find out that there have been some design updates – one of them being the removal of the flap to the side pocket that they had on the previous version. It was the perfect pocket for wipes and that flap made it incredible easy to access. Quite disappointed they decided to remove that.

I don’t think this backpack is worth the price. We’ve used it for a couple months and the tags of the zippers are already ripping making it so inconvenient to use.

I bought this for my second baby based on what I learned from first’s diaper bag (UPPAbaby Changing Backpack). I love the outer pockets on the side and that it’s machine washable. I just wish JuJuBe had information on its website about the company’s sustainability/ethical sourcing policies.

Was just given this bag as a Valentine gift and it's beautiful! This is not my first Jujube bag, but it is the first one without the key clip in the front Mommy pocket. That's a feature I loved and wished this had! Otherwise this bag is beautiful and I can't wait to switch over to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bag so much. The layout is fantastic. It has so many pockets, and lots of space which is great since I have six young kids. The only thing that I have found to be so disappointing is how the fabric is holding up. It scratches fairly easily and shows stains well. I've owned this bag for several months and have done my best to keep it clean but it's definitely showing signs of wear. If this came in a slightly tougher fabric or subtle pattern that would be awesome. I was really hoping this would be my last diaper bag I'd have to purchase, and maybe I'll make it last long enough to get through my last baby but it is starting to look a little worse for wear.

Couldn't decide between this and the Deluxe Diaper bag so ordered them both in black. The Deluxe diaper bag is much lighter and larger and I liked that the wipes holder was inside the front pocket instead of taking up one of the side bottle holders. I have a 5 year old, 2 year old and newborn so I'm always carrying multiple water bottles. The Classic does have nicer finishes and seemed like a good quality backpack (as in thicker, heavier material) but I need the extra space of the Deluxe. When packed, the Deluxe was lighter, more comfortable and had room to spare. I did like that the Classic had more pockets and a separate large pocket in the back that could hold a laptop but it was tight when the main compartment was full. The top front pocket on the Deluxe is larger and a good size for a "mom pocket" to hold wallet, phone, sunglasses and lip gloss. It also has a more secure zipper closure versus the magnetic closure of the top front pocket on the Classic. I was willing to pay the much higher price for the Classic if I just loved it but could not justify keeping it for a slightly nicer look over the better functionality, feel and much lower price of the Deluxe. The Classic might be a better choice for moms with one, maybe two kids, or those looking for a commuter bag but I returned this bag.

I am pleasantly surprised with this bag. It’s gorgeous, has comfortable straps, and I love the organizational pockets. I spent forever choosing a new diaper bag and Im really happy with my purchase.

She wanted a new diaper bag to be on the go with two. She’d selected this and when it arrived was just delighted with all of the space, pockets, design and a bag that Dad can feel comfortable carrying, too!

I went through several other diaper bags before I bought this one. This bag is superior. So many compartments to keep the bag organized, comfortable shoulder straps and the perfect size. 10/10 recommend.

good material and lightweight, lrob the best backpack from jujube but the beige color is not the same as shown, it is way darker outside

The color and material is great, however, I was expecting the material to be a little thicker… The backpack doesn’t hold up its shape either which made the bag look sloppy instead of how it’s portrayed in the photos. I was expecting the backpack to be a little more stiff, holding its shape to give that classy look. I do love all of the pockets, but for the price, you was expecting much more.
