Delicious for toast or sandwiches sourdough bread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the Izzio artisan bakery San Francisco style sourdough sliced batard bread. This is delicious. It is the best toasting bread, I love a slice of super buttery toast and this is perfect. It has crevices for butter to collect in and has a wonderful crunchy crust. This is also excellent sandwich bread as it is soft but also sturdy. You can make a sandwich for a packed lunch and when you go to eat it the bread will not be soggy or mushy.

Whole family approved sourdough loaf
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sourdough bread is just the best, and this loaf was great quality. The slices are a good thickness, perfect for sandwiches or just as a pieces of toast. My kids love having just some of this bread with butter as a side with any meal. The taste is great and is a good quality sourdough option. My bread come a bit mixed up in the bag, the slices were going different directions, so maybe packaging could improve a bit.

Yummy, tangy sourdough bread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for an amazing breakfast bread, this bread is a HUGE hit in my household. This is a San Francisco loaf which means it does have a more tangy sourdough taste and this definitely lives up to that. It has a great flavor addition and for breakfast where most foods don’t always have huge flavor, this bread is a standout. We also make sandwiches on it as it isn’t too thick and still quite soft so you can have a wonderful sandwich.

Delicious bread to make toast with!

It is nice and thick and toasts perfectly with a little bit of butter and a little bit of salt added it is the perfect breakfast! My husband says it has a little bit of a sweeter taste which he prefers and it is nice and light on the inside. The real bonus of this is the ingredient list, it’s minimal which I love!

Fresh bread make with simple ingredients
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy that the bread is made from simple ingredients. I don’t like a lot of additives in my food. The bread makes good toast, but it was a little too dry for me to make good peanut butter sandwiches. The downside of it being so fresh is that it goes bad quickly, so make sure you buy only what you can eat. I did end up freezing some of mine and it tastes good unfrozen as well.

A Perfectly Tangy, Crusty Delight
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sour dough bread is delicious. I toasted it to eat with eggs and sausage couldn’t be more pleased. The crust was crisp enough to give a satisfying crunch, yet not too hard to slice through. Inside, the crumb is wonderfully airy, and slightly chewy, with those beautiful pockets that only well-made sourdough has. The flavor is tangy, rich and naturally complex without being overwhelming. I’m ready to make some soup to go with this tasty sour dough bread!

Soft, Fresh and Lots of Sourdough Flavor!

My family loved this bread so much and the classic sourdough flavor was super flavorful. The inside was soft with a nice and crisp outer crust. This bread is great for sandwiches or just grabbing a piece and eating it! It tasted very fresh and had a good bakery quality to it.

A really solid sourdough bread!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality sourdough! I love all things sourdough and this bread did not disappoint. I like that it has minimal ingredients but it still had a decent shelf life. I toasted up this bread and it was a very nice texture. I like to have my sourdough with my breakfast. It was so flavorful on its own I didn’t even add butter. If anything all I can say is I wish the slices were bigger. Great bread!

Pricey, very good bread. Soft and sturdy

However, this bread is really good and once you have it, the price makes sense. It helped up nicely when dipped in spaghetti sauce, which many fall apart. It toasts really which though, something to be aware of. The shape of it makes it but good for sandwiches, in my opinion.

Delicious loaf of sourdough

This is at most the width of your palm plus a little and is cut into a good slices where one or two will satisfy you just fine. The bread has that good sourdough taste and I have found to be really good either fresh or toasted with a little butter. I think the loaf is really well priced and I find this to be a really good choice for bread.

Vegan, “easy to digest”, tastes amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sourdough bread is so good! I was intrigued by the label saying “easy to digest” as bread has become my nemesis recently. Since I am the only one eating the loaf, I opted to stray away from the cooking instructions on the bag, and decided to toast the bread as I need in my toaster. SO GOOD! The bread is so soft on it’s own and toasts up nicely. The taste is on point and as expected.

So yummy, toasted with butter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been buying this San francisco sourdough recently and love it!! It’s great to have handy when you want fresh bread and butter or a toasted sandwich. It’s doesn’t need refrigeration and freezing is preferred if not eaten within a few days. Ours usually will last a week or more. Sometimes we throw in the fridge but not needed. We love this for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Few ingredients sourdough bread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My all family regularly eat bread at breakfast so I am always trying good healthy breads with less ingredients.I got this sourdough bread which is Sanfrancisco style batard bread from Izzio Artisan bakery.It’s delicious even without toast.I usually eat it by putting peanut butter and jelly.The good thing I like about this bread is its non-gmo verified and it’s free from high fructose syrup,cane suger,color,additives and preservatives.This bread now became our favourite breakfast bread.

Sour dough bread starter review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never tried sour dough bread and wanted to give it a try. I like that it has few ingredients so you know what you are putting in your body. I'm terms of taste and flavor it was okay, nothing to get excited over. I also prefer a softer/fresher bread and this just didn't have that feel to it. Overall it was okay, just a plain simple bread. I would say it's a good value for a healthier kind of bread.

Tastes just like fresh sourdough I ate as a kid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this loaf of sourdough bread for online pickup in store. This San Francisco sourdough bread tastes just like the bread I remember eating as a child at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. It's delicious simply toasted with butter, or made as my favorite sandwich. It's also yummy as a side with a bowl of clam chowder or another warm soup. The loaf is a pretty substantial size (almost 2 lbs) and lasted my family of 5 almost a week. The price was reasonable and on par with other loaves of sourdough bread on the bread aisle.

Very tasty and good quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this sourdough bread. I make my own too, and this really is about as close to homemade or bakery bought as I could imagine. The bread was fresh and tasted great. I like that it is pre-sliced too. That's one part about homemade bread that's tough for me. I prefer to toast my sourdough and butter it, which I did with this loaf and it was great.

Wonderful tasting sourdough bread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this loaf of sourdough bread at the store as there are few and clean ingredients. The bread is soft in the center with a slightly golden and crunchy crust as well as a wonderful tasting bread. When eating you think it would have come from the bakery yet it is conveniently located in the store. We use it for toast, sandwiches and grilled cheeses. I would recommend for a wonderful flavor.

Delicious and perfectly baked sourdough bread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice big loaf of sourdough bread. 24oz package gives you a lot. The bread is delicious, it's perfectly baked with a golden crust and soft yummy interior. The slices are great size. My kids love this bread. It's perfect for making french toast or panini sandwiches. It's delicious all on it's own toasted with some butter or jelly. Overall, just an excellent loaf of bread, everyone in my house loves it.

Delicious sourdough bread- highly recommend!

Our family loves sourdough bread as it has a great taste, is chewy and hearty, and is healthier than regular bread due to its low glycemic index and better nutrient absorption. This bread delivers everything that’s expected of a nice loaf of sourdough. We simply toast and eat with butter, use it to make sandwiches, or on the griddle with some mozzarella cheese. It’s delicious!
